As a painter, I find inspiration in the inherent beauty and feel of something I see.
Whether it’s a landscape, flowers, animals, people, or still life, I’m looking for an emotional relationship with that subject that motivates my interpretation. I’m especially attracted to Montana’s dramatic light and color that comes with the seasonal changes. This bountiful feast for my eyes and soul has the potential to become rendered in pastel or acrylic.
